Pineapple Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Pour the melted butter and brown sugar into a greased pan, then arrange the pineapple slices on top.

In a large bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until creamy.

Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and crushed pineapple.

Pour the batter over the pineapple topping.

Bake at 325°F for 75–90 minutes, until golden and set.
