Pioneer Woman Cheeseburger Pie

1. Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Grease a pie dish with butter or cooking spray.

2. Cook the Beef

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.

  • Add diced onion and garlic; cook until softened and fragrant.

  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, basil, and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Stir well and remove from heat.

3. Assemble the Pie

  • Spread beef mixture evenly in the prepared pie dish.

  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

4. Make the Batter

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

5. Bake & Serve

  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
