Potatoes in garlic cream sauce – so good you’ll want them every week

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 tsp fried potato seasoning mix (or a combination of paprika, salt, pepper, and dried herbs)

400 g small potatoes (e.g., new potatoes or baby potatoes)

6 cloves garlic (more or less to taste)

1 medium onion (preferably yellow or white)

3 tbsp olive oil

400 ml cooking cream (15–30% fat, depending on preference)

150 ml water

Optional: fresh herbs like parsley, chives, or thyme for garnish
