400 g small potatoes (e.g., new potatoes or baby potatoes)
6 cloves garlic (more or less to taste)
1 medium onion (preferably yellow or white)
3 tbsp olive oil
400 ml cooking cream (15–30% fat, depending on preference)
150 ml water
