Protein Cheesecake !!
For the Filling:
- 16 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese blended until smooth)
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored work best)
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
