Step 2: Prepare the Crust
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs (or almond flour), sugar substitute, and melted butter. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the crust evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan, ensuring it’s compact and level. Use the back of a spoon or the bottom of a glass to flatten it out. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, then remove and let it cool while preparing the filling.
