  1. Layer the base: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.

  2. Season: Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.

  3. Add salsa: Pour the salsa over the top, coating each piece.

  4. Top it off: Add black beans over the salsa layer.

  5. Cook:

    • On low for 6–8 hours

    • Or on high for 3–4 hours
      (Until chicken is tender and fully cooked)

  6. Add cheese:

    • About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
