Quick 5-Minute Homemade Dessert (No Baking, No Gelatin)

Preparation

 

Pudding:

  1. In a saucepan, mix the sugar (80 g) and cornstarch (30 g).

  2. Gradually add the milk (500 g), stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

  4. Transfer the pudding to a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Raspberry Sauce:

  1. In another saucepan, combine frozen raspberries (200 g) and sugar (50 g).

  2. Dissolve cornstarch (10 g) in cold water (50 g) and add to the raspberries.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

  4. Let the sauce chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.


To Serve:

  • Pour the chilled pudding into dessert dishes.

  • Drizzle the cooled raspberry sauce over the pudding.

  • Enjoy your refreshing and easy dessert!
