Quick pasta with 300 g chicken breast in cream sauce

Preparation:

First, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Next, heat the olive oil in a large pan. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika, then fry for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Deglaze with chicken broth and add the cream. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and let simmer for about 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the pan, mix well, and heat for 2–3 minutes. If needed, thin the sauce with a little broth or water.

Stir in the Parmesan or sprinkle it on top and let it melt. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
