Ingredients
3 eggs
250 g mascarpone
40 g sugar
300 g fresh or frozen raspberries
1 bar of white chocolate
Rum or amaretto to taste
20 ladyfingers or Reims biscuits
Instructions
Start by separating the egg whites from the yolks.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler until smooth and even.
In a bowl, combine the melted white chocolate with the mascarpone, then add the egg yolks until smooth.
