👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Bar Layer

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together butter and sugar until creamy.

Add the egg and vanilla, then mix well.

Stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and walnuts until fully combined.

Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the layer is set and golden.

Let cool completely before frosting.
2. Make the Frosting

In a clean bowl, beat the butter until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the powdered sugar and milk.

Beat for about 2–3 minutes, or until the frosting is light and fluffy.

Spread evenly over the cooled base layer.
3. Make the Chocolate Topping

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter.

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

Pour and smooth the melted chocolate over the frosted layer.

Let the chocolate layer set completely before slicing into squares.

Optional Tip: Chill the frosted bars in the fridge for 20–30 minutes before adding the chocolate to make spreading easier.
