🥤 Juice Recipe for Vision and Memory
Ingredients:
2 medium carrots
1 red apple
1 ripe tomato
1 small piece of fresh turmeric (or 1/2 teaspoon powder)
1 glass of water
Preparation:
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Peel the carrot and apple if desired.
Cut into small pieces.
Place in a blender with the water.
