1. Prepare the Ingredients
Pre-season shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage with salt, pepper, and optional garlic or herbs.
Add small pats of butter and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
2. Assemble the Foil Packs
Tear large sheets of heavy-duty foil.
Divide the ingredients evenly among the foil sheets.
Fold and seal the foil tightly to create packets.
3. Cook
Grill: Cook on a preheated grill over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes until shrimp is pink and potatoes are tender.
Serving Tip
Open foil carefully to avoid steam. Serve hot with crusty bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
