Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Bake

3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter.

  • Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes.

  • Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute to form a roux.

  • Slowly whisk in cream. Cook, stirring, until slightly thickened (3–5 minutes).

  • Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

4. Assemble the Bake:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, shrimp, and crab meat. Mix gently.

  • Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese on top.

5. Bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

  • Broil for 1–2 minutes if you want a crisp cheese top.
