Skillet Beef Stroganoff Tortellini in Creamy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Scrape up browned bits from pan bottom.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until slightly reduced.
  5. Add tortellini to the sauce, cover, and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
