Ingredients
2–3 lbs pork shoulder or pork loin
½ cup honey
⅓ cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
6 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
Instructions
Prepare the Sauce
