Soft and Simple Flourless Cheesecake

 

 

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat to 392°F (200°C) with both top and bottom heat.

  2. Whip the Eggs and Sugar
    Beat eggs and sugar with a hand or stand mixer for 1 minute, until light and airy.

  3. Add the Cream Cheese
    Gradually whisk in softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.

  4. Blend in the Milk
    Slowly pour in the milk while mixing until silky and fully combined.

  5. Prepare the Pan
    Line a 20 × 20 cm glass baking dish with parchment paper.

  6. Strain the Batter
    Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into the dish for extra smoothness.

  7. Bake
    Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden and set.

  8. Cool and Chill
    Let cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
