Gradually whisk in softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free. -
Blend in the Milk
Slowly pour in the milk while mixing until silky and fully combined. -
Prepare the Pan
Line a 20 × 20 cm glass baking dish with parchment paper. -
Strain the Batter
Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into the dish for extra smoothness. -
Bake
Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden and set. -
Cool and Chill
Let cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
