Rice
•boiled rice
•2 eggs
•soy sauce
•garlic (optional)
•boil your rice
•crack two eggs into a wok/frying pan
•mix egg together in the pan (as if you were doing scrambled eggs)
•add your rice
•add soy sauce & garlic if using
•mix all together
Also works really well with chicken! Just reduce the cooking time in slow cooker to 4 hours and caramelise one the oven for 10-15 minutes xx.
