Strawberry Cream Cheese Cake Recipe

Instructions
Preheat and Prepare:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, sift together cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Wet Ingredients:
Add egg whites one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until combined.

Combine Dry and Milk:
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Slowly pour in milk while mixing until batter is smooth.

Fold in Strawberries:
Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the batter until evenly distributed.

Bake:
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

Prepare Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well. Stir in lemon juice until desired consistency. Fold in diced strawberries.

Frost Cake:
Spread the strawberry frosting evenly over the cooled cake.

Serve & Store:
Slice and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
