Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie: A No-Bake Summer Dream!

  • Beat 8 oz softened cream cheese½ cup powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.

  • Gently fold in 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping).

  • Spread over the crust and chill for 1 hour.

3. Strawberry Glaze

  • Blend 1 cup fresh strawberries with ¼ cup water until smooth.

  • In a saucepan, combine strawberry purée¼ cup sugar2 tbsp cornstarch, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (~5 minutes). Let cool slightly.

4. Assemble & Chill

  • Arrange 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer.

  • Pour the glaze evenly over the berries.

  • Chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).

5. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries before slicing.
