2. Cream Cheese Filling

Beat 8 oz softened cream cheese, ½ cup powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.

Gently fold in 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping).

Spread over the crust and chill for 1 hour.
3. Strawberry Glaze

Blend 1 cup fresh strawberries with ¼ cup water until smooth.

In a saucepan, combine strawberry purée, ¼ cup sugar, 2 tbsp cornstarch, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (~5 minutes). Let cool slightly.
4. Assemble & Chill

Arrange 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer.

Pour the glaze evenly over the berries.

Chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
