Wash and halve the lime. Then squeeze one half over the glass to allow the juice to flow into the drink.
Wash the strawberries and set one aside. Remove the stems from the remaining ones, halve them lengthwise, and then add them to the glass.
Stir everything together and add the ice cubes. Cut the remaining strawberry in half lengthwise and place it on the top rim of the glass as a garnish.
Serving tip: You can also garnish with a slice of lime or some fresh mint. Just choose what you like best with the red spritz.
