Tasty and Quite Simple: Oven-Baked Potato Wedges

Warm up the oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. -
Prepare the potatoes:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Leave the skin on for added texture and nutrition.
Cut the potatoes into wedges of uniform size to ensure even cooking. -
Prepare the egg coating:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder (if using), mixing thoroughly. -
Coat the potatoes:
Add the potato wedges to the egg mixture and toss until evenly coated. -
Bake:
Arrange the coated wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t touch.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown. -
