Tasty and Quite Simple: Oven-Baked Potato Wedges

Instructions

  1. Warm up the oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  2. Prepare the potatoes:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Leave the skin on for added texture and nutrition.
Cut the potatoes into wedges of uniform size to ensure even cooking.

  3. Prepare the egg coating:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder (if using), mixing thoroughly.

  4. Coat the potatoes:
Add the potato wedges to the egg mixture and toss until evenly coated.

  5. Bake:
Arrange the coated wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t touch.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

  6. Serve:
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as a delicious side dish to any meal.
