The church ladies brought this to the event, and everyone went wild!
Servings: 6-8 servings

Ingredients
4 cups diced potatoes
2 cups chopped leeks (white and light green parts only)
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
Fresh parsley for garnish
