The dish was a big hit with my entire family. I plan on making twice as much next time
Parmesan and Gruyere Potato Gratin
Ingredients
– 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
– 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
– 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
