The juice that melts everything you’ve eaten throughout the day! (RECIPE)

  1. Trim and peel the cucumbers (or wash well if keeping the skin), then cut into pieces.

  2. Peel the ginger and cut into small chunks.

  3. Squeeze the lemon juice, removing any seeds.

  4. Remove mint leaves from the stems.

  5. Add cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, mint leaves, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  6. Strain the juice and transfer to a jug or bottle.

Serving
Before bed, pour a glass over ice with a slice of lemon and drink immediately.
