This apple frittata can be prepared in just 5 minutes in the pan! This moist and delicious no-bake dessert is sure to win you over.

✅Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 golden apples
120 ml milk
60 g plain flour
40 g granulated sugar
15 g raisins
1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– For the finishing touch: powdered sugar to taste

✅Preparation:

2- Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy.
3- Add the lemon zest, milk, and sifted flour.
4- Add the soaked and well-drained raisins, then add the apples and mix.
5- Melt a knob of butter in a 20 cm non-stick pan and add the mixture.
6- Cover the frittata and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate and bake for another 5 minutes.
7- Transfer to a plate, dust with powdered sugar, and serve cut into slices.
