This dish is a winner in our house, I never have to worry about leftovers!

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent and garlic is fragrant, about 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cooked ground beef, ranch dressing, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well.
5. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
6. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
7. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving to allow the casserole to set up a bit.
Variations & Tips
For those picky eaters, you can tailor the casserole to their liking. Try swapping ground beef with ground turkey or even leave the meat out for a vegetarian option. You can also mix in some vegetables like peas or diced bell peppers for some added nutrition and color. If you like a bit more of a kick, a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes works wonders!
