This one’s known as ‘One-Pan Wonder’ in our house—simple, savory, and a 4-ingredient weeknight favorite!
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a large sheet pan, combine the sliced sausage and halved baby potatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Toss everything together until the sausage and potatoes are well coated.
Spread the mixture out in an even layer on the sheet pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, and the sausage is nicely caramelized.
Serve hot, straight from the oven.
Variations & Tips
For a bit of spice, consider adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika or a pinch of red pepper flakes before roasting.
