Prep & Cook Pasta
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
Cook Sausage & Vegetables
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage until browned, then set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onion until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender. -
Make the Sauce
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Let simmer for a few minutes to thicken slightly. Stir in Parmesan, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. -
Combine & Bake
Add pasta and sausage back to the skillet and mix well. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. -
Bake & Serve
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
