This was my first time having this kind of dish, and it was incredibly delicious!

  1. Prep & Cook Pasta
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Cook Sausage & Vegetables
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage until browned, then set aside.
    In the same skillet, sauté onion until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender.

  3. Make the Sauce
    Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Let simmer for a few minutes to thicken slightly. Stir in Parmesan, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  4. Combine & Bake
    Add pasta and sausage back to the skillet and mix well. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake & Serve
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
