Add the Butter and Milk: Stir in 100g melted butter, 125ml milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing well.
Stir in the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, sift together 250g plain flour, 1 sachet of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

Melt the Chocolate: Melt 100g dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs with 150g sugar again. Add 100g melted butter, 125ml milk, and the melted chocolate, mixing well.
Combine the Dry Ingredients: Sift 250g of 00 flour, 1 sachet of baking powder and 1 pinch of salt and add to the chocolate mixture, mixing until you obtain a smooth dough.
