Wasn’t sure about putting raw rice with chicken in this dish, but it turned out to be divine! Definitely a winner!

Forgotten Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:
1.5 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can creamy chicken soup
1 can creamy celery soup
1 packet onion soup mix
2 cups instant rice
1 can of water
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
2. Place 2 cups of instant rice evenly at the bottom of the dish.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 can of creamy chicken soup, 1 can of creamy celery soup, and 1 can of water.
4. Pour the soup mixture over the rice.
5. Lay 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the soup and rice.
6. Sprinkle 1 packet of onion soup mix over the chicken.
7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 90 mins or so.
