Whipped this up for a party, and my friends wouldn’t stop talking about it.
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
