– 2 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1/2 cup diced onion
– 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
– 1/2 cup diced ham
– 4 eggs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon pepper
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1/2 cup diced onion

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, cheese, onion, bell pepper, and ham. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
