You’ve gotta try this snack—it’s the best ever

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, almond flour, salt, cayenne pepper, dried rosemary, and dried thyme.
Crack an egg into the mixture and stir until well combined.
Roll out the dough on parchment paper to about 1/3 inch thickness.
Cut the dough into squares and transfer the parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
Bake the crackers until they are golden, approximately 15 to 17 minutes.
Allow them to cool on the baking sheet before serving.
Variations & Tips
For a different flavor profile, try using different cheeses such as parmesan or gouda. You can also experiment with herbs, substituting basil or oregano for a Mediterranean twist. If you prefer a spicier cracker, increase the amount of cayenne pepper or add a pinch of smoked paprika. For a nut-free version, replace almond flour with sunflower seed flour.
