Weight Loss Salad with Fruit and Yogurt Combination

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce: 2 plants

  • Cherry tomatoes: 0.3 kg

  • Kiwi: 2 fruits

  • Cantaloupe: 0.3 kg

  • Unsweetened yogurt: 1 box

How to prepare:

  1. Wash lettuce, drain, and cut into small pieces.

  2. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Peel kiwi and cantaloupe, cut into bite-sized pieces.
