Salmon Salad – Delicious and Easy to Eat
Ingredients:

Salmon fillet: 0.3 kg

Cucumber: 2 fruits

Lettuce: 2 plants

Fresh lemon: 2–3 fruits

Seasoning: salt, oil, pepper, sugar, vinegar
How to prepare:

Wash salmon and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Peel cucumber, cut into pieces, and mix with 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

In a bowl, mix ½ teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons vinegar, and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Stir until dissolved.

Put lettuce, cucumber, and salmon in a large bowl. Drizzle with sauce, add a little pepper, mix well, and enjoy.
Beef Sprout Salad – Delicious and Nutritious Dish
Ingredients:

Sprouts: 0.3 kg

Beef: 0.2 kg

Cherry tomatoes: 0.2 kg

Onion: ½ bulb

Spices: fish sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar
How to prepare:

Wash and drain bean sprouts. Wash and halve cherry tomatoes.

Slice beef thinly, marinate with salt, pepper, and minced garlic for 20 minutes. Stir-fry until cooked.

Put sprouts, beef, onions, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Mix well with 2 tablespoons vinegar.
