Buttermilk Coconut Cake …like a fluffy little getaway on a tropical island

Ingredients for 1 sheet cake (approx. 30 × 40 cm):

For the batter:

3 eggs

2 cups sugar

2 cups buttermilk

4 cups flour

1 ½ packets baking powder

Tip: Use a cup with a 200 ml capacity as the measuring unit.

For the topping:

2 cups shredded coconut

1 cup sugar

2 cups whipping cream (200 ml each)
