3 large egg yolks
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
1 tablespoon lime zest (from about 2 limes)
Optional Toppings:
Whipped cream
Lime slices or zest for garnish
Powdered sugar for dusting
