- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts , cut into bite-sized pieces
For the Baste:
- ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter , very soft
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
