Delicious, no-boil lemonade | Rinsing Turkish Lemonade

Step 1: Cleaning Citrus Fruits
1. Wash the lemons and orange thoroughly.
2. Place the fruit in a bowl, add water, a teaspoon of baking soda, and 50 ml of vinegar.
3. Mix well and let sit for 5-10 minutes. This step helps remove impurities, bacteria, and viruses.
Step 2: Preparing the Peels
1. Rinse the lemons and orange thoroughly under running water and pat dry.
2. Remove the yellow peel from the lemons, avoiding the white pith to avoid bitterness. Do the same with the orange.
3. Grate the remaining peels and place them in a bowl.

1. Add sugar (to taste) to the grated peels.
