Everyone, even the fussy ones, loves this delicious meal.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined.
Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Generously brush the honey Dijon mixture over each fillet, making sure they are evenly coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let the fillets rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Optional: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for an added touch of color and flavor.
