Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

 

  • 1 pound ribeye steak, diced into 1-inch cubes (remove excess fat)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 23 tablespoons of butter (or substitute with ghee)
  • 23 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • Fresh parsley, roughly chopped
