Had my doubts early on, but I’ve been a fan ever since!
Ingredients
1 large head of green cabbage
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it into 1-inch thick slices, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
Brush the herb butter mixture generously over both sides of each cabbage steak.
Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the edges are golden brown.
