I learned this recipe from my Greek grandma, and it never fails to be amazing
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, parsley, mint, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add the egg and olive oil to the bowl, mixing well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1-inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
