1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake mold with olive oil.
2. Prepare the Apples:

Peel, core, and finely chop the apples. You can also grate them if you prefer a smoother texture.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs until well combined. Add the chopped or grated apples and mix well.
