Lemon Cream Pie Bars
Step 6: Cool Completely
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before adding the glaze. This ensures the lemon filling firms up properly.
Step 7: Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust the amount of juice for desired thickness. If needed, add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
Step 8: Drizzle & Slice
Once the bars are fully cooled, drizzle the glaze generously over the top in a zigzag pattern. Let the glaze set for about 10–15 minutes, then use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bars from the pan. Cut into squares and serve.
