Ingredients

  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk (7 oz / about ¾ cup)

  • 200 g cornstarch (7 oz / 1.75 cups)

  • 10 g vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons)

For the Caramel Layer

  • 100 g granulated sugar (3.5 oz / ½ cup)

  • 150 ml heavy cream (5 fl oz / ⅔ cup)

  • 30 g butter (1 oz / 2 tablespoons)

For the Fruit & Toppings

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

  • 100 g red grapes, halved (3.5 oz)

  • 50 g coconut flakes (1.75 oz)

  • 50 g walnuts, chopped (1.75 oz)
