My hubby can’t get enough of this meal—he’s always asking for it at least once a week.

Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– Zest and juice of 1 lemon
– 1 cup Caesar dressing, homemade or store-bought
– 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup crushed seasoned croutons
– Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
