“No-Peek Beef Tips: The Set-It-and-Forget-It Comfort Food Classic”

 

 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.

  2. Place the beef tips (and onions or mushrooms, if using) into the baking dish.

  3. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the beef. Stir gently to coat all the pieces.

  4. Cover tightly with foil or a fitted lid. This is key — do not open or peek while baking!

  5. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender and the sauce is rich and thick.

  6. Remove from oven and give it a quick stir. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
