Begin by combining the warm milk and yeast in a container. Mix thoroughly until the yeast is fully dissolved. Add a tablespoon of sugar to the mixture and allow it to rest. This will activate the yeast, making it ready for the dough.

Step 2: Prepare the Dry Ingredients
In a separate container, combine the flour, salt, and remaining sugar. Mix well. Transfer the dry mixture onto a clean surface, forming a small mound. Create a well in the center of the mound and add the egg and butter. Gradually incorporate these ingredients using your hands until the mixture is well integrated.

Step 3: Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Once the butter, egg, and flour are well mixed, gradually add the milk and yeast mixture. The mixture should appear thick and foamy. The key to a perfect dough is thorough kneading.
