🌿 Quiche di Verdure: the ricetta is simple and delicious and full of flavor at home

La quiche di verdure is one of the recipes that saved the cena, conquered the opportunity and felt it suddenly in peace with the world. A crunchy guscio of broken pasta combined with a colorful and flavorful mixture, salted green rice, stringy formaggio and a cremoso composto based on olives and panna.

Perfect serving time, store with a fresh insalata accanto, oppure anche il giorno dopo: basterĂ  scaldarla qualche minuteuto in forno per riscoprirne tutto il sapore.

Take a little time, rilassati… and goditi it will smell like it will invade your kitchen!


📝 Ingredients (per one 24 cm stamp)

For the base:

  • 1 broken pasta dough (it’s also good what it was made for you, but it’s done in the fat version at home, it’s a bit of flour, it’s a burro freddo and it’s a pizzico d’acqua)

Per il ripieno:

  • 2 medium zucchini

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 cipolla piccola (bianca or dorata)

  • 1 peperone (rosso or giallo, a piece)

  • 150 g of grated cheese (Gruyere for a sweet note, Emmental for the stringy cheese or Parmigiano for a better taste)

  • 3 eggs

  • 200 ml of panna da cucina (oppure Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • 2 cups of olive oil extravergine

  • Sale e pepe qb

  • Aromatic herb in piacere: timo, oregano, basil or a Provençal mix
